ORDERING INFORMATION
Is everything on your menu 100% vegan?
Yes! Every single item on our menu is 100% vegan. The descriptions are written with the assumption that we are using the vegan counterpart of said ingredient.
For example: "Chocolate cupcake dipped in chocolate ganache, topped with swiss meringue marshmallow fluff and graham cracker crumbles" flows a lot better than "Vegan chocolate cupcake dipped in vegan chocolate ganache, topped with vegan swiss meringue marshmallow fluff and vegan graham cracker crumbles."
How do I place an order?

The following information applies to when we re-open ordering in February 2025.
Order requests can be placed through our website's Order Form at the bottom of this page. Please fill out the order request form only after you have completely read all of the information on this page.
*PLEASE NOTE: If we receive an order request that doesn't fall under our required ordering timelines, it will unfortunately be immediately disregarded. This is because we receive so many requests asking if we can do "last-minute" orders, which we simply can't accommodate.
When filling out the Order Form, please include the following:
- A detailed description of what you would like your cake/cupcakes to look like, including flavors.
- Any reference pictures that may help.
- Cake size and/or how many cupcakes you would like.
- The desired delivery date.
- The address of where you would like it delivered to.
- Your name and phone number.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will contact you for any more details we may need and give you a price quote.
At that time, you can choose to pay for your order and your requested date will be reserved for you.
IMPORTANT: All sales are final, no refunds will be given if the order is cancelled between the final payment and the due date. Thank you!
What size cakes do you offer?
Our cake sizes are as follows:
- 6 INCH DIAMETER, 4 LAYERS (FEEDS 8+ PEOPLE)
- 8 INCH DIAMETER, 4 LAYERS (FEEDS 16+ PEOPLE)
- 2 TIER CAKE (6 INCH, 4 LAYER CAKE ON TOP OF 8 INCH, 4 LAYER CAKE)
**The "+" sign indicates that more servings are possible depending on how the cake is cut.
We have also added our "Petite Cake" option, which is a 6-inch, 2-layer cake that comes with a minimalist design, where only the colors/words can be customized. (Please see our Menu for details)
Prices vary depending on how detailed and decorated you would like the cake to be.

What cake flavors can I choose from?
You can select one cake flavor and one buttercream flavor from the list below.
If ordering a 2-tiered cake, you can choose to have the same cake/buttercream flavor combination for both tiers, or choose to have a different cake/buttercream combination for each tier.

The flavors listed above are the only flavors we offer. Please do not request a flavor that isn't listed.
Cupcake and Cookie flavor options are listed on our menu page, along with required minimum order quantities.
How far in advance do I need to order?
The timelines listed below are the amount of time required between ORDER PAYMENT and DELIVERY DATE, not Order Form submittal and Delivery Date.
Please give yourself an extra few days to include the time it will take us to review your order request and any back-and-forth discussion/consultation that may be required before we can email you the invoice.
- Cupcakes: 1-2 weeks depending on quantity & desired decorations (if any).
- Cookies: If ordering 18 or less, 1 week. If ordering more than 18, 2 weeks are required.
- Coffee Cake: 1 week.
- Petite Cakes: 2 weeks.
- Custom Cakes: 3 weeks minimum. If ordering a multi-tiered cake, a minimum of 4 weeks is required.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees will be discussed during the order process and are dependent on how far the delivery location is from our kitchen.
Pickup is currently not available.
Important Allergy Information
Even though our bakery is 100% vegan (meaning we do not use eggs, dairy or any other animal product or byproduct in ANY of our baked goods nor do we carry/store any of them in our kitchen), some of the ingredients we use may have been manufactured in a facility that also processes common allergens.
Unfortunately, most (if not all) of our baked goods contain gluten and some type of nut derived ingredient (such as almond milk or peanut butter) and therefore would not be safe for anyone who has gluten, nut or peanut allergies.
**IMPORTANT: If you, or someone you know has food allergies of any kind, please contact us via email before placing any orders in order to verify if the product(s) you would like to order would be free of the allergens in question.
